Cancellation Policy

You can cancel an order until it has been processed at our end for shipping. Since we process COD orders primarily through our network of authorized dealers, shipment processing typically occurs within 6 hours of placing an order.

Please call our customer support team immediately to confirm if your order has been shipped if you wish to cancel. If the order has already been processed, you may still utilize our return and money-back options once received.

Returns & Replacements

In case of any manufacturing issue, physically damaged shipment causing leaks or spillage, or wrong than intended shipment receipt, the product can be returned for a full refund or a free replacement.

The standard delivery time for all orders is usually between 5-7 working days, depending on your location and logistics availability.
